"Actively Depressed But Can't See A Better Option"

I think this post over at UK Polling Report explains why I think a change to PR (ironically) would lead to the Lib Dems vote collapsing. As an ideological movement and party they just aren't liked very much and their vote is boosted as the main beneficiary of protest voters under the first-past-the-post system.
