Scottish Spoilt Ballets.

I would rather 100,000 spoilt ballots but every valid vote counting than the millions of voters under FPTP thinking their vote made a difference to the result when in practise it didn't.

Any change to the electoral system will initially cause problems but obviously having THREE different voting systems on ONE ballot is asking for trouble.

Why did they ignore the Electoral Commission when they warned them not to do this?

These things take time - it is hard enough getting people to the ballot let alone expecting them to read the instructions.
